Great Rivers Greenway District funded an economic development study in the vicinity of the Rock Road MetroLink station. Increasing the economic vitality of this area is essential if a safe greenway and trail is to continue southward from St. Vincent Park to Forest Park, as planned.

Status The study identified numerous successful transit-oriented developments around the country in neighborhoods similar in character to the Rock Road MetroLink station vicinity.
